Very interesting reading over there - all six pages of it - and not the good
kind.
Sweeping things under the rug in avoidance of full-disclosure is always the
best way of turning something relatively small into something
Club-destroying. It all seems very unnecessary. If such actions were taken
with the Greater Interests of the Club at heart - then the reasoning should
be trotted out for the membership to see if everyone's definition of
"Greater Interests" coincides with that of the Board's. Anything less will
pour gas on a fire which should never have been lit to begin with.
