Dennis,
These numbers are required to be clearly seen painted on the
vehicle in atleast 2 inch letters/numbers in contrasting paint. They
will take the last six and make sure no other MV's are using that
number and that will actually become your 6 digit license plate. I
can run the registration on my jeep at work using the last six of the
hood number 20196062. Anyway it will require a photograph be
attached that shows the unique ID clearly visible from outside the
vehicle. Bumper ID or Unit ID numbers will no suffice. If you have
