My daughter in Calif. just sent pix she took of the same guys at the Fort
MacArthur
multi-era reenactor meet. (She's a Medieval type)

We positively identified the wallpaper brush guy and his twisted stick.
The earthworks in the background look somewhat like those at the fort.
