Well here I go, I caused - to my regret - the start of this thread, and have
said very little more about it; that said, --

 It is beyond my comprehension that the US Marine Corp, which is a fine
organization, can be proud to have him represent them. Maybe what I have
heard "any publicity is better than none" is true..
