What you need Dave, is a "Budd lug wrench" One end fits the lug nuts
you already removed, and the other end has a square drive, just the
ticket for removing that pesky inner nut. It also has a bar that
slides into it so you can get some torque on it. This mechanical
marvel can usually be purchased at any large truck parts shop, and
maybe even at a good truck stop.
