160,000 pounds / 15 psi = 10,666.67 square inches of tread. 2 tread = 5333.33 square inches each. 18 inches wide = 296 inches long. 24 feet long x 1 1/2 feet wide. Sounds a little long for a tank, but I don't have one handy to go measure.
This is just the Pounds Per Square Inch distributed to the surface. 1 inch thick concrete isn't going to survive I suspect having the tank sitting on it for much longer then a quick drive. But put the same amount of weight in an 18 wheeler and it most likely would crack the concrete quicker.
