GL doesn't have anything to do with approving an EUC and I doubt if
they can do anything to help you. It is strictly up to some government
office. It can take a long time to get your first one but after that
it shouldn't take but a week or two unless you change something. If
the phone number you used doesn't match your home address (they do some
kind of reverse look up) or any number of other problems they will just
lay it aside.
