I have had so many inquiries on the Aberdeen Rally, that I thought it
worthwhile to restate the main points
What: Probably the largest Rally save for the National Convention
Where: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD Exit 85 off of Interstate 95, 28
miles N of Baltimore.
When: 15-18 May 1997, Yes it is a 4 day event
Camping on site for partcipants is available, showers are nearby at the Gym,
many reasonable hotels within 3 miles. Aberdeen's Garrison is planning a
big Armed Forces Ceremony, see Aberdeen's Home Page. Carnival, Display's
Bands, crafts, kids games, etc.
I have more info and vender, show vehicle registration forms availble
via a .bit file, just send me an e-mail requesting it, too large to
post to this news list.
Most everything including parking is free, a $2.00 admission will be
charged, proceeds go to Ordnance Museum, located adjacent to Rally site.
