Thanks to the EPA (Elimination of Productivity Administration) my dad
and I folded our forty year old crop dusting business in 1981.
Everythng that was effective was banned. Anything that wasn't effective
was tightly restricted. Now, I have to deal with them in the US Army
too. In Germany, we spilled a gallon of JP-8. Their EPA equivalent
must have dug up over twenty yards of dirt and done it within 12 hours
of the spill.

Its the same all over and not getting any better.
