Dear Sirs,
Sounds maybe crazy, but I'm searching for an WWII American Sherman tank
which
we here in the Southern part of the Netherlands (Holland) wanted to
place in
front of an future Liberty museum (tank would be place outside, as an
monument for every Allied tank crew who where killed during the
Libertation
of Limburg, Province 1944/1945)
Hope you maybe could help us here to find (and maybe with your help
otain
suchs an old Sherman tank)the future Liberty museum wanted to tell
visitors
why we still do not wanted to forget what our Allied Liberators did for
or
province in 1944/1945 (today still 8302 American soldiers are buried in
Limburg, province at the Netherlands American Military Cemetrey and
Memorial
near the village of Margraten (route Maasticht (Netherlands) - Aachen
(Germany))
Would be wunderful to remember with the Sherman tank all those tank
crews
buried here in our flieds.
Looking forward to recieve a note from your organization.
