As an addition to the 'Wheel Repair Dangers', Gerry Davison has brought
up another point. The tire/tube repair which I commented on is the type
where there is a 'split ring' which anchors one side of the bead on the
tire.
The type of wheel he has described is bolted together. An entirely
different type, but one that can be equally dangerous.

Thanks Gerry for bringing this up along with your method of fixing it.
Are there any others which need to be discussed?
