Has anyone purchased items from US Collectors Ordinance? (formerly Rock Island
Armory) I'm interested in finding the M1919-A4 and M4 pedestal and these guys
seem to have a pretty good product. Any comments would be appreciated.

Also, does anyone know the recent BATF rulings on purchase of 'kits' missing
right side plate? Can you simply strip out the guts, weld a plug in the
breach side of the barrel and place a fabricated right side plate back on?
