I saw a M-880 contact truck bringing up the rear of an Illinois NG
convoy at Fort McCoy last summer, so a few of those are still hanging
around. Also there are a lot of gas burning gen sets still in service,
and don't get me started on the old stuff still in service with most
reserve/ guard Engineer units...( being a mechanic in a Combat
Engineer unit lets you work on just about anything the Government has
sooner or later)
