[MV] M151 Lifting Loops

Hey all:

Does anyone have an idea when the army went from the rounded caps in the center of the wheel hubs, to the lifting eye type?

After the change, were the existing units retrofitted under a MWO?

(My '62 has the lifting eyes, yet I see a mix in the pictures in the manuals '60-'63)
