[MV] trans case oil weight

All I can not find the correct transfer oil weight listed in any of the
manuals I have. There's ref to check and fill but what weight? Same for
the transmission but I assume they use the same weight.

Also are the manifold to head bolts torgued and to what #? Tks Dirt Man
