Chaz, are you not old enough to remember the British Army demos they used
to do at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo ?

They would drive up to one side of a "chasm" in a jeep, dismantle it, rig
transport pulleys etc, sling the components across the "chasm", reassemble
it one the other side, hop in and drive away.

This looks like the sort of wheel that would have be made specially for
that. Come to think of it was it Edinburgh or was it the similar thing
they did in London ??
