[MV] M1010 Parts and Night Vision Part Needed

Thanks to all for the tips on my never ending parts hunt...some tips paid
off but I'm still looking for a few.

For the Chevrolet M1010 Ambulance, I'm still looking for the following:
1. Drivers side seat with mounting frame.

2. The alternator voltage regulator and relay assembly which mounts on
the drivers side inner fender. It consists of at least these numbers,
14072342,14072341,15599251. Don't know the number for the entire assembly.
It is made by Surepower Industries, Inc.
I'm desperate for this part because I can't start the truck until I get one.

I am also looking for the Image Tube for the following:

Night Vision Sight, MK-37 Mod 3, NSN 5855-00-106-1573, U.S. Navy, I
don't know the number on the image tube. This is a large night vision scope
which was ship or vehicle mounted.
