What I think was happening was it was lean from no air cleaner, also I
retarded the timing some and she really Purrrrs now. My inductive
timing light won't work thru the heavy stainless plug wires, so I
thought I would pick up some standard auto type plug wire and try to get
a reading that way. Timing it by ear is tuff for me, mine arn't that
good anymore. Anyway, thanks again for taking the time to respond with
your ideas, you really helped.
