[MV] Tires

I'm ready to put new tires on my M37 and when I ask about inner tubes
for 9.00x16 tires I either get funny looks or something like "You mean
900x16". Are they the same tire? What would be the civilian equilivent
be, ie.... 245R 16, etc.
