[MV] Telephone Comm for 4th July parade MVCO

Have EE8 and TA312 telephones for static display. The TA 312 transmitter
won't talk to the EE 8 earpiece when push to talk pressed. Opposite is
OK and they each "ring" each other. CB selected on both units. New
telephones and batteries. Pos batt both up in EE 8 and one up one down
in TA312. "Interrnal" selected on TA312. Using WB 110 comm wire. What is
probable cause of trouble? HELP R.
