[MV] converting Cummins to multi-fuel

Hi all,
does anyone know if it is possible to convert a standard engine to
multi-fuel? I have a '93 Cummins W350 Dodge, and would like to convert it,
or find out how.
If that isn't possible, are there any engines in the Mil. inventory that
are converted or would interchange?
It's just a wild idea, and I figured someone here would know how it's done
or where to get the info.
Also, does any one know what an M200 trailer was used for and what it might
be worth, in good shape?
