[MV] Wanted: M35A2 AMG parts truck

Hi All,
Well, as my obsession grows, I find I feel I need a ready source of parts,
so it seems ok to justify the purchase of a "parts" truck. Ideally, it
would look bad but work good, so I could scavenge parts off it without feel
like a bum for crippling a perfectly good rig.
Any one have one? Hopefully near Northern CA?
How much would a person expect to pay for one?
If any one is going to bid at DRMO and wants a partner , I'd be interested,
especially in my area.
Also, I'm still looking for an arctic rear kit and fording kit for said
truck.
Thanks to all for the detailed and helpful info on winching, etc. It not
only helped me understand, but probably others as well.
I was talking to a guy who was saying that he saw, in Alaska, a deuce that
had 3 drive axles and 2 front axles, that both steered, that was for
crossing the "tundra". He said that a frame extension was added to both
ends and the axles were just bolted on and linked with the usual
drivelines. The front steering was linked at the drag link, and both
steered. He wasn't sure if the steering ratio was the same for both or not,
though.
What do you all think? Was he pulling my leg, or has someone knowledge of
this configuration?
Thanks
Henry
