This engine is an auxiliary power unit from an aircraft. There would have
been a 24 volt generator bolted to the output. These were used on heavy
aircraft in WWII. The Ranger is a real nice motor to use in different
applications. I have two, one made by Lawrance, and one made by Ranger.
These can be used to power lightweight aircraft, if modified correctly.
