[MV] MV Radio Racks, 151dataplate, archives

Greetings All!
First question, on my 151A1 there are holes grouped into clusters on the
right rear deck, like for a radio rack. I thought it'd be neat to have the
rack in there, without the radios since money's a little tight now, plus in
service, I would expect to find racks in jeeps, is there a pub covering radio
and rack installation in MVs, does anyone have this rack (or is it one of
several possible racks?)
Second Question - one of my fellow listers needed a 151 data plate and I
need a 151A1 data plate, but my personal file cabinet died and I lost him.
Ya still out there?
Third question, Anyone have M38A1 starter bolts handy? Need a set of two.
Last question, how do we access the mil-veh archives? I can't find the
directions how to.
