[MV] Worm Warning- further

Sorry, I forgot to advise details and, in my haste to prevent this from
affecting my computer, I deleted it immediately.
However, it DID indicate it came from through the M/V List but I was
surprised that it purported to offer a selection of Christmas humorous
scenes and "games". However, before I (thankfully) could open any of it,
a warning came up that advised the message was infected w a worm that
had been detected by the originating source's protection system and
apologizing for their being used as the source.
As I said, there was no m/v-relationship in the message- just a lot of
click icons referencing Christmas humor and games.
All I can say is if you get any messages when you download the M/V List
that aren't related to our subject, just delete them.
As I said, as soon as that warning message came up, I imediately deleted
the whole message, forgetting to note more details or pertinent source
info.
The warning msg advised that if any items were opened, it released a
worm that would then access your e-mail list and forward the
worm-infected message to all on your list. That's probably how our M/V
List came to be sending the msg to me....it became an unwitting host.
That's all I know. Again, sorry I acted so hastily and deleted it before
noting more info.
