I don't know how the engine can consume the brake fluid on an M-35. I think
that guy was talking about another vehicle that probably uses a vacuum
booster.
The M-35 uses an air pressure to charge one side of a power pac and a small
amount of "pedal" actuates the pac and the force is the air pressure. I am
sure that you would not want manual brakes on that beast. My gamma goat is
hard enough to stop with manual brakes! ( ps the brakes are "air over
hydraulic" the air is just used for muscle. no air goes to the brakes)
