Tony,

The weasel may need new brake linings, or they may need to be adjusted.
There are two ways to adjust them (1) large wing nut adjustments and (2)by
tightening the adjustment bolts into the brakes. Russ has also gotten onto
me for putting 90 weight oil in the rear diff. I'll change it out when I get
a
chance. Also, remember to put the transfer case in Neutral and run the
weasel
in gear for several minutes to head up the rear diff so that it brakes better.
It always turns better after it warms up for a while.

P.S. - Do not drive ever it without a fire extinguisher and make sure the
battery is secured. (The battery is only 12" from the gas tank.)
