Well, I've been following this little soap opera for the past week and had
to jump in at some point and I guess this is it.
Jack, I don't know you or wish you any ill will...BUT, how can any vendor
sit back while someone calls him a cheat. I know it's a popular theme to
flame vendors and complain about prices and such but this is pretty slimy.
Jack, let's say you produce a product, any product, and it's of superior
quality, workmanship and price. And while all of your customers know and
appreciate your talents, those without any previous basis of knowledge see
the post written by "PIKE" and immediately think you are running on
questionable ethics. How is this new person going to discern the truth?
Probably not by ordering from you, but by looking for the cheapest price
(and workmanship).
For you to suggest that someone should sit idly by while getting nuked is
puzzling. I personally applaud David's humorous response to "PIKE"'s
apparent confusion of the facts.
