Not easy from a continent and an ocean away, however, amongst other things
the re-build and power symptom suggest one possible and obscure cause which
I have met twice and can be quite elusive; the cam timing is one or even two
teeth out. Symptomatic of this also, is that quite wide adjustments to
ignition timing have no effect.
