I agree on this one 100%..Driving is a RIGHT..not a priveledge.!! I pay to
drive..I pay for the lousy license, I pay for the registration, I pay for
the insurance..I pay road taxes in my fuel TAXES..I pay taxes on taxes - as
we all do -- That makes my driving a RIGHT... Priveledges are "given"..no
one GAVE me a drivers license..I paid for it...End.. Gene
