Had you cosidered the valve stem oil seals, or badly worn valve
guides.
A poor gasket in this case is the symptom not the cause .
RE Bills ideas #1 is not uncommon .
IF the turbo seal fails on the hot side everybody round you will know about
it as you empty all the oil down the exhaust in a matter of seconds .
If it goes on the cold side only a brave man or a fool stays to watch the
fun It will call for desperate measures . A hammer is the best
tool ---crush the oil feed pipe or try to obstruct the air intake, --NOT
WITH YOUR HAND you thought a vampire could suck, a wild engine will change
your life for ever !
