Surplus hubs are available and they're black. Just the same you can scuff em
up and squirt them but they will chip easily. It will be something you have to
keep up with. I bought new hubs taken off of a surplused new axle from
Colemans for $30 plus shipping.

Try regular DOT 3 brake fluid and a scrub brush. Might take 4 or 5
applications but it will come off without damaging your antenna.

Dang, I still need a passenger seat. The seats in the civy blazer i'm
scrapping are junk.
