Does it wobble in your hands but still turn? If
so, that sounds like cupping on the tires. You
can get this with motorcycles with loose head
bearings or with cupped tires. A combination of
factors can sometimes cause un-even wear on the
tires.
Run your hands along the tires and see if there
are scollops or cups in the tires on either side
of the center line. That's the first thing I'd
check.
