Hi,
    There are two things to check that I know of.
Note: this assumes that your batteries arn't drained.

1-Relay under the dash. AC Delco part # 15591718

2-The solenoid on the starter.
    If you take the solenoid apart there is a contact that gets pitted.
It can be repositioned, or flipped.
    don't remember exactl, but once you get it apart you will see whast
to do.
