Without beating a dead horse, I repeat: I guess that your decision should
be based upon further investigation into the terms of their acquisition. If
you scrap it, and then the source agency wants it back, or wants to see an
accounting of where it all went, you may be hard-pressed to explain
yourself.

There is a case here on Long Island, and it is certainly not an isolated
case, of a person who acquired some HMMMV's from a friend at a
law-enforcement agency (via a corrupt mechanic). The person is now a guest
of the federal government at the Crossbar Hotel. Why not acquaint yourself
with the rules, and then you will be able to sleep soundly, in your own bed.

Your call, I think.

| All I want to know is...should I take it straight to the recycler or hang
onto it for a bit and try to get it to end users.
