Just read the new 'Military Vehicles' magazine (which btw is putting AM to
shame as far as good tech'y info). I am having title troubles with WI on my
M422 and Carl the Cop suggested one of those title services because then he
could do the serial number signoff negating the need for a safety inspection
by the state partrol (not a good thing for an M422). An article in MV
mentioned one such service in NH. Has anyone ever used one of these. I
mean, the state is screwing with me needlessly and I really have no problem
screwing them back, but are these things really OK?????
