Carefully done, and with some practice first, one can cut the stub of a
bolt, broken off at the nut, out of a nut without harming the threads
of the nut.
YES, IT CAN BE DONE!!
The torch flame is pointed straight down the axis of the bolt and the
bolt is blown out the other side of the nut.
Try it, you'll be amazed!
