What "skills, experience, or expertise" did Jim Gilmore lack? I'm sorry.
But asking the simple question "why" is a reasonable request.
To which I respond:
I am not saying Mr. Gilmore lacked any of these, I am saying right, wrong or
otherwise, this is how the bylaw reads, and it is sufficiently vague any one
could be excluded under this provision. I am also saying that right wrong or
otherwise, the bylaws do not require an explanation be given of this
exclusion to any person or group of persons. If the members feel this should
change, IT CAN BE CHANGED!
But it requires MEMBERS ACTIONS to make this or any change, and there are
provisions to change bylaws available.
By the way, anybody got a diagram of how the OVM is stowed on a M62? (Not
M543)
Thanks,
David Doyle
