know that USAF vehicles carried the Star (don't know if they still do),,,,,
but what about the Marines??? Their vehicles don't, and I don't think they
ever did. Anyone know what the USMC-version of the Painting TM is? >>
I do not have them in front of me at the moment, but the USMC & USAF manuals
of the 50's & 60's state air force vehicles have stars only when outside
CONUS and USMC do not have stars...Can provide manual #'s tonight for
skeptics...
